Freshwater hauls cover the work that is not a five-gallon cooler and not always a drinking spec. Plants, pads, contractors, and large rural fills pull from the same Hopedale fleet on a volume ticket.
The yard sits in Harrison County, about 18 miles west of Steubenville on State Route 22. That is the point: Utica activity, Ohio Valley plants, and rural accounts are a local haul, not a long-distance novelty.
Tell dispatch the spec before the first load. Some jobs need municipal potable water from Wintersville. Some need volume first. Those are not the same ticket.
Access matters as much as gallons. Gate codes, truck routing, overnight staging, and who signs the ticket should be on the call. We will match a unit to the site.
